HEIDE ( hi∙deh )   OTHERWISE KNOWN AS TINYSHELOB ON SOCIALS

Heide Knoppke-Uribe is a queer Latina artist, illustrator, and graphic designer based in Madison, WI. They are a first-generation American with deep roots in her Chilean and German heritage.

She received her BFA in Fine Arts at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design from MATC in Madison, Wisconsin. In addition to her background in traditional painting and drawing, her work in recent years primarily consists of digital artwork with focuses on fantasy and character design. Heide’s work is defined by her appreciation for texture and the process of mark making as a visible and tangible archive of her own thoughts and emotions.

Heide is passionate about environmentalism, intersectional feminism, mental health awareness, and LGBTQIA+ pride.
